PI FILE ADAPTER RECEIVE ERROR

NETWEAVER 7.0 SP15 FOR Processing Integration System

Scenarios : ecc6.0 <-> PI7.0 <-> FTP Server

PI connect to ecc6.0 use RFC Adater, PI connect to FTP use FILE Adapter,

when i set File Name Scheme "回执固定资产.RB" in File receive channel,i got a error message :

(use t-code sxi_monitor check logs, found the error happened at step "CALL ADAPTER")

com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DeliveryException: ??????20090213-102753-866.RB: The filename, directory

name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

for testing , i replace the 'File Name Scheme' with 'TEST.RB' ,result is right.

PLZ Help. 3Q

hi Liu,

can you test by giving file name as Test.txt

and also cross check your settings of file adaper with below link...

thx for your reply ,

i do any test, the content of file corrected, but the name of file error,

the *.RB and *.txt very likeness.

from the library ,i check everything

Hi,

Just do the following step.

1. Counter check Target Directory is their in FTP location.

2. For testing purpose select the option Create Target Directory in File Adapter

3. Go to the Communication Channel Monitoring in RWB check exact reasong for error.

4. What is their in Processing Parameters in File Communication Channel.

5. Copy past the Error message in Communication Channel Monitoring in your next post.

From message systemin RWB,cannot find any useful info.PI DEV channel has the same setting as PRD ,and it work correct. PI DEV system on windows platform ,with NW7.0 SP9, PI PRD on AIX system,with NW7.0 SP15, I guess that the problem is a bug with SAP, so, i think other way to do it,

who can give me some methods , like "Variable Substitution" , give step by step

I test it with "Variable Substitution" , the result also '?????' of name ,

I have no idea , i send message to Sap ,Now waiting....

can somebody have other ideas ?
