ChaRM - Change Manager and Developer - double problem

Hi Guys

I'm here with a new problem of ChaRM configuration.

I have already checked the configuration with this blog /people/dolores.correa/blog/2008/07/26/first-steps-to-work-with-change-request-management-scenario

and all light are green

but:

1. I don't understand why I can't see my satellite system in /TMWFLOW/CMSCONF despite are in task list.

2. I created a service desk message with my user but my CRMAN not able to find it. (with my superuser I can find and approve)

3. After the approvation, with developer user I can find it but the work list is empty.

Do you kno where is the problem or where I wrong?

What are you referring to as work list?

Please check these authorization objects for your user CRMAN.

CRM_ORD_PR , CRM_ORD_OP

Also check the note 621927.

This should solve your problem.

Hi Ragu

I've not directly referenced the work list. How can I do?

I created the role with CRM_ORD_PR , CRM_ORD_OP with full authorization, but nothing.

With my charnge request manager I'm not able to see nothing in crmd_order or in crm_dno_monitor.
