Installation of additional Dialog Instance in UNIX+Oracle

We will install an additional Dialog instance (UNIX+Oracle). I would like to ask the if you have a document or steps that I can follow to complete the installation. I have checked the installation guide but until now I can't figure out the steps by steps procedure. I am hoping that you can help me.
