DataSource 2LIS_02_HDR contains data still to be transferred

Hi Experts,

I am recreating the setup tables for Purchasing. Steps completed as of now:

1. Ran manually to job control to empty the MCEX02 queue.

2. In LBWQ no entry for MCEX02 exist.

3. In RSA7 i purged or deleted the records and entry for this datasource.

4. Deleted the Setup tables.

5. Now when I click on Initialization>Fill Setup Tables>Perform Setup Purchasing, i get the following message at the status bar:

"

DataSource 2LIS_02_HDR contains data still to be transferred

Message no. MCEX024

"

I checked in RSA7 for Full Load for this datasource and it says 0 records.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Hundia

Hello,

Check the records for the repeat delta...

you have the radi button option to check in RSA7 pop up below the delta option when you go to check the records for delta.

may be the records are present for repeat.

Thanks

Ajeet,

I have deleted the entry in RSA7 and hence cannot use the option as suggestted by you. What is the best approach in this case.

1. Run the init package

2. Check RSA7 for repeat Delta

Maybe SAP R/3 transaction LBWG can help you to delete setup data....

Hope this helps

I'm sorry. Just read you've already done this in step 4 of your initial post....

I have done that already i.e. deleting the setup tables. But no success.

While checking in the LBWE, job control I see that a job for the purchasing has been released but not finished.

Can this be affecting the setup. If so what steps to be taken?

Thanks,

Hundia

Hi,

Do like blow..

1. Run V3 job and run loads in BW repeat 2 to 3 times the same process.

2. Delete setup tables.

3. Delete Q in SMQ1 and RSA7.

4. Then delete the Init at InfoPackage level in BW

Then try.

Thanks

Check LBWQ to see if the purchasing quueue is having records. If yes, delete the queue .

It should solve your issue.
