Meal restrictions on a Business trip

All,

I have configured Breakfast ($6), Lunch($10) and Dinner($18) for my client. But the client wants restrictions on when any of them can be charged. For example:

FIRST TRAVEL DAY OF A TRIP LONGER THAN 24 HOURS

u2022Trip begins at or before 6:00 a.m. - Breakfast may be claimed.

u2022Trip begins at or before 11:00 a.m. - Lunch may be claimed.

u2022Trip begins at or before 5:00 p.m. - Dinner may be claimed.

LAST FRACTIONAL TRAVEL DAY OF A TRIP LONGER THAN 24 HOURS:

u2022Trip ends at or after 8:00 a.m. - Breakfast may be claimed.

u2022Trip ends at or after 2:00 p.m. - Lunch may be claimed.

u2022Travel ends at or after 7:00 p.m. - Dinner may be claimed.

FOR TRAVEL LESS THAN 24-HOURS, THE EMPLOYEE WILL BE REIMBURSED FOR ACTUAL EXPENSES TO THE MAXIMUM AS FOLLOWS:

u2022Travel begins at or before 6:00 a.m. and ends at or after 9:00 a.m.- Breakfast may be claimed.

u2022Travel begins at or before 4:00 p.m. and ends at or after 7:00 p.m.- Dinner may be claimed.

u2022No lunch or incidentals may be claimed for trips of less than 24-hours.

How can this be achieved? Is it possible for the employees to select the meals manually?

Thanks,

Inno
