VL10A and VL10C the SO should not appear

Hi SAPians

I have a requirement from User.

A sales order is Created with 3 line items and it is checked as complete delivery. Now all line items order qty is confirmed and now when i go to VL10A/C it can be seen there.

Now the stocks exist for first 2 line items whereas for 3rd line item there is no stock.

My requirement is system should not show the sales order in VL10A/C even though system will not allow to create the delivery document becoz no stocks for 3 rd line item and it is a complete delivery.

Is there any settings in IMG or User exits to be written not to allow the SO with complete delivery marked and if the stocks is not available for one of the line items and then it should not be seen in VL10A/C

Hi Prakash,

In VL10A goto the Tab "USER ROLE"

Check the option :

Rule (Deliver Qty) = 2 (now i think it will be "1" in your system)

Chnge this and try..

We have the same requirement at our client. I have changed the delivery rule value to 2 but still it the sales order show up in delivery due list in VL10c. Any other changes required

Hi,

Try in customer master sales area data-->Shipping tab maintain delivery priority as High and partial delivery per item as complete delivery,then create sales order the system will confirm the quantities if the stock is exists to requested delivery date otherwise it wont' confirm.Then check in VL10A/VL10C I think only sales orders with fully confirmed quantities only displayed.

I have tried. system will show the sales order even though there is no stocks or insufficient stocks.

I think VL04 will meet your requirement in which case, you can cut giving authorisation of VL10A or VL10C. Try and post the feedback.

As you would be aware in VL04 you can schedule the delivery in background.
