Issue receiving emails into SAP CRM from MS Exchange 5.5

Hi experts,

We are facing issues receiving emails imto SAP CRM from MS Exchange 5.5.

We have done the following settings in SAP CRM system

1. Configured the profile parameters in transaction RZ10. We are using Port 25 for SMTP.

2. Created a service user in SU01 transaction and assigned the profile S_A.SCON

3. Configured SMTP server in SICF transaction

4. Configured SMTP node in SCOT transaction

We also enabled certain routing rules on the MS Exchange server.

Still we are not able to receive any mails into SAP CRM. What could have gone wrong?

Highly appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
