Workitem/document display in SBWP

Hi there,

I am having a problem in SBWP. Our users are being displayed with the work items (as expected!!), they are also notified via email when they have new work items assigned to them. However as well as this, they also have a document delivered into their SBWP inbox telling them that they have a work item to process in SBWP!! There seems little point in this, as they are already in SBWP, so already know that this is the case!! The question is, how do I stop this addiional document appearing! As far as I can tell, any configuration that I have done, as been exactly the same through out the project. This situation did not occur in development and testing, so I am puzzled as to where this has come from not that we have reached the live environment!!

I am using the following SAP jobs to move the workflow messages to SBWP and to then send the user an email.

RSWUWFML2 to transfer the message from SBWP to SAPConnect

RSCONN01 to send the messages in the SAPConnect queue to the users external email account

The document that gets delivered to SBWP has a title that reads "New work items in SAP system PRD".

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
