I add the DatePicker SAPUI5 page in order to obtain the week in the year. Using the xml view

- In WebIDE Show the first week 2016 at January 04th to January 10th with first day 1 (Monday)
- In Eclipse Show the first week 2016 at December 28th 2015 to January 3rd 2016 with first day 1 (Monday)
- How I can define the first week in the year?
