Buenas tardes:

Cause

Consulting

There are temp tables in the database whose names have the prefix "TEMP_".

During the upgrade process, all SAP Business One-defined tables are renamed as "TEMP_" plus the original table name. If such tables already exist in the database, the upgrade fails.

Temp tables are generally the result of a failed upgrade.

Solution

If this error is generated during the pre-test step, all that has happened is that the same database that failed to be upgraded previously failed to be upgraded again. Back up the database, revert it to the original database, and run the upgrade again.

If this error is generated during the post-test step, log a message with SAP Support reporting the exact error message.

Make sure to attach the upgrade log file, which can be found in the default log folder: "%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\SAP\SAP Business One\Log\UpgradeWizard" or in another folder configured in "B1_Install_Folder\Conf\b1-config-path.txt".

All upgrade messages should be logged under the component SBO-BC-UPG.

¿has leido la nota?

If this error is generated during the pre-test step, all that has happened is that the same database that failed to be upgraded previously failed to be upgraded again. Back up the database, revert it to the original database, and run the upgrade again.
