Alerts not visible in UWL

Hi All of u,

I have registered the creted system in UWL and I wanna see the raised Alerts in it. but I could not where can be the problem was it with config if so how can it be done?

Hi Niraj,

Thank u.but already done all the following process..

1.Created a System and a System Alias with PI (Providing the PI system Details, user Mapping and all done by basis)

2.Created a Connector type"Alert Connector"in the UWL ADmin.

3.Register the System Alias.

4. Log Off and Login again.

5. Check with the Home Role -> Worklist.

in the below Table We can find Tasks/Alerts/....

there in the Alerts I want my Alerts (Raised by the PI) to get Displayed. but its not..?can be the Problem.

Hi Sandeep,

Check with the user Mapping done between the Portal to the PI system. if the Alerts raised User and the Mapped User r same or not.
