Text field in ME22N

HI All,

While creating PO we are entering all necessary data needs to be shown to vendor in pribting format from TEXT field in header of ME22N.

The user require some of the instruction need not to be print for Vendor but it should be there in/available for purchaser who enters these data like in

Special Instruction

Header Note

warraanties

Test Certificate etc., like these fields are available for both Vendor and also for Purchaser.

Please let me know any other field Buyer can enter Text so it should not be visible in PDF print out .

Dear Friend,

In Standard SAP, the required details can be entered in the ITEM TEXT in the Item details>Text tab of the Purchase Order.

These details will not get displayed or printed in PO Print.

Take ABAper help & create a New text field at Header

In my previous project I have maintained a Custom filed at header & made some values under the drop down.

so that the user must select from the drop down,

it will be done from ur form settings

u can just ommit the text from the form to print

like suppose u have text guarantee just ask ur abaper to dont retrive in the form so it will not come in print but irt will be available in the po

or just go to spro>mm>Purchase Order>Texts for Purchase Orders>Define Text Types for Header Texts

here define new text ,now this will not get include in ur form

you have to customize the fields should not be displayed.
