Service Order Scheduling based on operations

Hello everybody,

I have a requirement where I need to calculate the end date and time of a service order based on the duration of the activities the specific order includes together with the duration of the activities of previous open service orders for the same work center.

For this reason I have created a Work Center with capacity category 002 (person) in both scheduling and capacity tabs and also formula SAPC20 (Durat * No of people). I have also maintained the follwing fileds regarding the work center's capacity:

Logstc calendar ID = GR Greece / Active version = 1 / Base unit of meas. = MIN / Start =10:00:00 / Finish = 18:00:00 / Capacity utilization = 100 / No. of indiv. cap. 1 / Operating time = 8,00 / Capacity = 480,00 MIN

When I create a service order for the specific work center and enter an operation (general task list) with 60 min duration the system proposes start date/time 10.11.2016/10:00:00 and end date/time 10.11.2016/11:00:00 correctly. The problem is that when I create a second order for the same work center and operation tha system again proposes the same dates and time instead of start date 10.11.2016/11:00:00 and end date 10.11.2016/12:00:00. Since the work center has only one person I would expect the operations to be handled serially and not in parallel.

Another thing that I noticed is that when I excecute transaction CM02 the system does not select my service orders.

Has anyone faced the same problem. Do I need to make any changes in customizing or master data? I would appreciate any input.

Thanks in advance,
