How to view the OTR or FO in UI in SAP TM system

Hello,

I want to view the FO/FU/OTR/DTR in the UI in my TM system. However, I am not sure which authorizations are required for me to be able to see them in my SAP MENU.

I don't have the basis team who could help me for the same.

Please Help.

    Hello,

You can check the Transportation Management relevant roles on the following URL. This documentation will help to find the respective roles based on your scenario:

Additionally, please also consider the following SAP Note, which describe the TM Authorization Concept based on the support packages:

    Best Regards,

    Mate

    • Hello Mate,

Thank You for reply. I have got the roles assigned but I am not finding a way to open the SAP TM cockpit to see the FO or FU orders.

Any idea how can I open the Cockpit if I am not able to see the link on my user menu?

      Any help would be great.

      Thank You in advance.

In the GUI go to Favorites and select "Add other Objects"-> Select Web Dynpro Application" .

In the search screen you can enter webdynpro application with "/SCMTMS*" and press F4. All webdynpro applications appear. Select one e.g. "/SCMTMS/PLN" or "/SCMTMS/FRE_ORDER" and add it to your favorits. From here you can open the webdynpro transaction.

    With kind regards,

    Benno Mateman
