Dear Experts,

We are exploring Ariba to replace SRM system in near future. Could you please answer my below query.

Ariba set up

Sourcing

Contracting

supplier management

Supplier registered with Ariba network with light account

1) With the above setup can we transmit the ECC purchase order through PI to Ariba network?

2) Can supplier do the confirmation for service PO and create ASN for the material PO?

3) Once supplier does the above can it be integrated to ECC to created GR or SES?

The intention of the question is whether we need to get P2O module also for the implementation or not?

All three are possible without P2O implementation but with a light account, the supplier can post a very few transactions. To post a large number of transactions on AN side, the supplier needs to upgrade to a full-use account. So ECC -> PI -> AN (supplier side) will be sufficient for your process.
