Hi,
I have created a account in Amazon SES and made the relevant settings in SES.
Now, i am stuck at the following:
1. How to grant access for following APIs in SES:
2. I have downloaded the certificates from SES. But, in yMkt 1805, i see only the following options for email service:
SAP Mobile Services (Text Message)
SAP Mobile Services (Email)
Alibaba Cloud DirectMail Service
Alibaba Cloud SMS
Could you please let me know where in yMkt can i configure Amazon SES.
Thanks

Hi Kunal,
Apologies for the delayed response!!!
The documentation mentions that Note that only those service providers are shown in this Provider Credential app for which you created the corresponding communication arrangements.
In the system, we have already maintained the arrangement for Amazon SES.
But even then in the Provider Credential app, I am not able to see any placeholder for SES.
Could you please let me know if i am missing anything.
Thanks and Regards,
Ram.

Hi Ram,
Hope you have made proper settings in Amazon.
Amazon will not apper by default. I also faced the same Issue.
Step-1:
Go to Tcode: ME_AMAZONXS. Fill the details for the AWS Console what you have done.
Step:2
Open Fiori launch pad(fresh or reopen after step-1 is done), Open the Provider Credential app, Cross check the Details are properly populated or not. Any difference you find re provide the values and Click on Save and Followed by Test (If any erros comes do Step-3 and recheck).
Step-3:
Now go to Tcode: SM59, it will automatically get Created 2 RFC Conncetions under "HTTP Connections to External Server" 1) AmazonMAIL and 2) amazonbounced. Check the values are proper or not. Then save and do Connection Test. You should get 404.
Step-4: If you face any error in step-3 reprocess again the details and save and Run test.
Step-5: Go to Sender Profile App and give the Email which got register under AWS-SES and save it.
This steps will resolve your Problem.
If you are facing any Issue, please come out with error screen shot.

Hi Ram,
to maintain SES as provider in SAP Marketing Cloud and to maintain the sender profiles, you first have to create the communication system for AWS and the communication arrangement SAP_COM_0016 for email (for SMS I think it's SAP_COM_0039).
After that Amazon is available in the SAP Marketing Cloud.
Hope that helps 🙂
Best regards
Tobias
