I have already added/removed entries for the 'Assigned To:' list box of the Inbox, but what I have been asked to do now is default it using the profile the user chose when first entering the ICWEBclient. So, firstly I would like to ask if anyone knows which method of the class CRM_IC_INBOX_BADI I could use, and secondly how I can reference which profile the user signed in using.
