Create Quotation Link does not work

Hi

we have "create quotation" link however when we click on it, the system shows message "there is no transaction type is available for creating transaction".

somehow, when we click the "create sales order" link, we found that the quotation transaction type is available under this sales order category to create.

any lead is really appreciated

Hello Jushan,

what determine if your "quotation" is available under the direct link is the field :"subsequent processing" (must be quotation is copied on subsequent document) on quotation data of all the item category you determine for your quotation. (on SPRO - CRM - Transaction - basic setting - define item category)

Hi,

Please login to GUI and check if transaction type AG is available. You can do this by following path SPRO-> Customer Relationship Management-> Transactions-> Basic Settings-> Define Transaction types.

I am assuming it should be available out of the box.

In the next step, ensure that "Channel" is selected as "GUI CRM WebClient UI" for the transaction type AG. If this channel is blank, you wont see this transaction on CRM Web UI or GUI.

this is sap standard navigation bar - direct link group. not sure if SAP maintained the correct Target ID in the logical link ID configuration.

i don't think Web Channel is required to maintained in trans type definition. we don't maintain the Web Channel for activities, opportunities and other sales order, but they all work fine and can be created and maintained in Web UI.

Hi,

In the Navigation bar profile please check whether for the corresponding work center -> work center group appropriate link is assigned.
