We have implemented CRM5.0 Marketing with Webclient. Scenario is like once campaign is released it creates a call list. Agent logs into webclient and select call list button and selects the BP he want to call the BP gets identified and confirmed automatically. Then they move to "Interaction Record" to create followup transaction. On interaction record we have two text notes for entering any text notes while Agents are talking to customers. Right the problem is afte entering some characters in the notes boxes the entire webclient screen is moves to left hand side disturbing the actual appeareance is there anyway to correct this. Aby help in this regard would be appreciated.
