Hi,

We are now facing a serious problem regarding portal ... This is a N/W 700 portal used for ESS. When any end user try to access payslip then he is able to see payslip upto 2008 December but he is unablto see payslip of 2009 January. It is showing "no data exist" but in R3 we found that the payslip is there.

What could be the possible reason behind this?

Is it a Web Dynpro based iView for salary being used in portal?

Workaround - You could try creating an ITS iView and you will no see issues like this.

if you are new to portal and ESS: open an OSS (SAP Support).

Portal and ESS is quite a complex area.
