Dynamic Table values not gettig cleared

Hi,

I am using a table in FLM, with Add and delete buttons, which is working fine. But when i enter a value in any line in any field, the same value gets reflected in the all the rows in the same field. (kindly note is changing only the same field values in all rows not all the fields in other columns)
