How PO workflow is triggering.

Hello All,

I need to know how PO workflow is triggering.

I mean where we are configuring the Workflow template no. and triggering event to trigger the workflow when new PO is created and PO is getting changed.

Hi:

A BOR event would be raised from PO standard program when you execute a transaction in PO .

In workflow there is tab of starting triggering event by which the workflow gets executed.

Yes shashi, A BOR event would be raised from PO standard program when you execute a transaction in PO , but I need to know that standard program name so that I could debugg that.

I have tried to find out the program name but didn't get that.

Hello,

The events are triggered by the system when a PO is created or changed using the concept of Change documents. In the Tcode SWEC you can check that when a PO is created, an entry exists for the event 'CREATED' of the BO 'FREBUS2012' is linked to the change document object 'EINKBELEG'. In the same way the 'CHANGED' event too.

Hi ,

I am looking for configuration part , I am not looking for creation of workflow.

I need to know how workflow is configured with T-code ME22N so that whenever PO is getting created or changed , that workflow will trigger which is configured with ME22N.
