Visual Admin login error

I am not able to login into Visual Administrator with Administrator account( the password is correct one). It gives message "Error while connecting".

Recent change done in WAS: The problem occured after the following setting was changed.

In Visual Admin>> Services >> Security Provider >> Policy Configuration >> J2EE-Engine, the authentication was set to "no". Most probably this has been changed to "ticket" authentication template and the ticket template contains only "EvaluateTicketLoginModule" login module.

Any possible solution by which I can revert the settings in Visual Administrator.

WAS Version: 2004s 7.0 SP15

try if you still get into NWA and revert it there.

The problem has been resolved. The Authentication was set to Ticket template and it included only EvaluateLoginTicket module. Hence we were not able to login using userid and password.

The setting was changed using J2EE config tool. In edit mode the authentication for SAP J2EE Engine was set to BasicPasswordLoginModule, thus we were able to Login into Visual Admin.
