Hi,
I am not able to login into Visual Administrator with Administrator account( the password is correct one). It gives message "Error while connecting".
Recent change done in WAS: The problem occured after the following setting was changed.
In Visual Admin>> Services >> Security Provider >> Policy Configuration >> J2EE-Engine, the authentication was set to "no". Most probably this has been changed to "ticket" authentication template and the ticket template contains only "EvaluateTicketLoginModule" login module.
Any possible solution by which I can revert the settings in Visual Administrator.
WAS Version: 2004s 7.0 SP15
