Document locked in SOLAR02

Hello:

In Solution Manager, transaction code SOLAR02 I'm trying to open a document, but I get the message: "document locked by user NNN" Does someone know how to unlock these document?

It is not in SM12, AL08.

Hi,

I want to maintain Document locking in Solar02, Means if i upload some Document in Solar02, Except me no body is going to open the document . So for this is there any BADI, EXITS or OSS NOTE is there. Please suggest me on this.

thanks for your reply, but obviously there is no user using that document, and as I said in the original message:

There is no block in SM12.

Maybe the user has checked out the document for offline editing. He then has to check it in before other users can edit it. There is a separate icon for checking in and out documents.

Hi,

The user "NNN" is using that document. Ask him to close the document. If its not open any user. Go to SM12 and delete the lock.

This will solve your problem.
