How to change Contact person name in the Organization structure

All,

We created user and assigned to Org structure. This user have contact person with id CP 5XXXXXX.

Now we want to change the name (last name and first name)of contact person. example from Ravi Varma to Varma Ravi.The User id US RVARMA is showing correct first name and last name, we need to change CP name .

Where can i change this name without removing him from Org Structure.

Hi Ravi,

CP 5xxxxxxxxxx In this CP stands for Central person not Contact perso.

While creating EBP user system generates Position S,Business partner ID, Central person CP and User ID.

You can change the name of CP in PPOMA_BBP by selecting the user.

Hi Ravi

Better you can do change via web i.e manage employee data under administrator rather than other place.

HRALXSYNC - run this report for this user . it will get synchronised.
