I have a report which does the contract order maintenance. In my selection screen I have several fields as mentioned : Sales Organization - _________
Contract Number - ___________ to____
Requested deliv.date-_______ to______
Plant-______ to_______
Route-______to_____
Shipping Point-_______to________
Sold-to party-_____to_______
Ship-to party-________to________
Sales Document-_____to______
ContrctType- ZCWP(fixed)
Sales doc. Type- ZSO(fixed).
@ Create Orders(Radiobutton)
@ Delete Orders(Radiobutton)
When I run the report based on some selection and check the delete/create orders radiobutton it shows me an output in the ALV format.
The problem that I am facing is that when : I select the first 6 selections for eg:

Blank
02/02/2009 to 02/ 10/2009
1755
001533
B755 and remaining fields as blank and run the report I get an output which has the contracts showing more records in the output than the selection , example for route I had selected only 001533 but in the output it is showing others too like 001529, 001532, 001535 ect when it showuld be shoing only records pertaining to 001533, even when I give the range in between 001533 to 001533 still it shows recordfs outside the range . Can I get some help to rectify this please. SO that the report runs only based on the selection criteria and not show all records pertaining to just one selection crieteria rather consider all the selection criteria.
