Material not showing in delivery

Hi All,

I have a SO with service item and one normal finished product.

For the service item, item category is TAW and relevant for delivery.

When I have saved SO delivery got created in background and when i have checked the delivery I have found only one item but not the service item..can any one tell me why the service item is not showing in delivery.

Previously I have many SO with this scenario which were perfect.

Hi!

Please check the following points.

1) Check which Order Type you are using.

2) In Order Type , Please mention Delivery type (LF).

3) In Item category check whether it is relevant for delivery.

4) Check Copy Control and the Item Category in Copy control.

5) Please check Item Category Group in Material master.

If the above mention points are correct then I think you problem will be solved.

just additional info request, please... when you created the delivery which did not include the service item, what was the sales order status?

Hi,

Check in your item catergory whether item is relevant for delivery or not and item type. Also in copy control check whether this item catergory is maintained for sales order to delivery.

As u said you are getting problem in this particular case only, so we are unable to give u correct reply.

but real time for service orders where material is not involved as you know with ref to sales order we create invoice.

But please check above what i have mentioned.

In the order type click Check box with A not with X for Immediate delivery creation field.

Check whether copy control for that item category is there.Check whether that item is relevant for delivery in the item category.

Raj...its been clearly mentioned that previously i ahave many SO which has no problem...
