Lumira reports hang while opening from some network locations

Hi,

We have an issues while opening lumira reports from some network locations.
It's somehow related to network / VPN / proxy / DNS settings but we can'f find the root cause. Lumira sample reports have the same problem - the loading grey screen appears and it never open.

Locally it works fine (on some servers didn't work until I have disabled proxy in browser).
From some client locations it works fine, but from some it doesn't (when connecting with different VPN profiles).

SAP support is not able to help us with that.

Fiddler says it's error 504 (This request was retried after a Receive operation failed).
What means: server error response code indicates that the server, while acting as a gateway or proxy, cannot get a response in time.

The developers tool error message is "Unterminated string constant. Expected '}'. 'define' is undefined."

  • URLs were added to trusted sites
  • hosts files were updated
  • proxy disabled

Is anybody able to help with it? What to check on network level or on server level to fix this?
It's the latest lumira 2.1 with latest SP.
