SDM Server in Monolithic mode

Hi All,

While updating the java SP-stacks, I am not able to login into JSPM and when checked at SDM Tool server, server is in monolithic mode.

Please provide me your inputs how to change monolithic mode to standlone mode.

SAP PI 7.0 -- On Suse Linux 10

Thanks in Advance.

Regards

Shiva

    About Monolithic mode...

I would also recommend you to check SAP Note [916381|https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=916381]

Remember you will have to Stop and Start SDM before starting it to Standalone mode.

    1. Use commands for UNIX in this [LINK|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/d0/38dd12e31c40b9ae36f03fc9e0d291/content.htm] to STOP SDM and START SDM

    2. Give the Command to start in standalone mode.

    sdm.sh jstartup mode=standalone

    3. Give the command to start SDM in integrated mode.

    sdm.sh jstartup mode=integrated

After this you should be able to apply SP-Stack

    Cheers!
