Our client is very keen with agent experience. So far, we see Fiori the best client for them considering all their requirements (we did 20+ blueprints so far). Unfortunately, there is no Queue work center view in Fiori. Any reason why? Or am I missing a config for this? Reason is because one of the very critical requirements they have is the Get Next Ticket function from the Queue view in HTML5.
In HTML5, when an agent logs in, they go to the Queue without looking at the tickets (they don't want their agents to look at the tickets because tendency is they will pick an easy ticket). HTML5 gives the Get Next Ticket option in the Options button, which is very important to the client.
