I have a 2005 add-on that's been in use for a while without problems, but now there is an issue.
Some of my users have moved to another building and have a slow connection to the SAP server (network issue). All of these users receive this timeout error when trying to run the add-on. I know there is a timer that SAP has to determine if the add-on is responsive or not. Is there any way to change the value of this timer (i.e. extend it)?
