"Add-On Connection Timed Out" error

Hello,

I have a 2005 add-on that's been in use for a while without problems, but now there is an issue.

Some of my users have moved to another building and have a slow connection to the SAP server (network issue). All of these users receive this timeout error when trying to run the add-on. I know there is a timer that SAP has to determine if the add-on is responsive or not. Is there any way to change the value of this timer (i.e. extend it)?

You can extand time value while creating ARD file.

Not that I'm aware. Maybe you should open a message with SAP Support about it.
