SAP_R3_Financials is missing!!!

I deploy the MSS/ESS Business Packages but the JCO SAP_R3_Financials and SAP_R3_Financials_MetaData does not exits, Do you have any idea about this?

Have you deployed the ESS/MSS webdynpro and PCUI_GP Components as well ?

Did you activate the Extension Set EA-FIN in R/3 before deploying the Business Packages for ESS/MSS on portal....?
