Business Process Engine error in component monitoring

Hello,

i installed a new version of XI.

when i check the component monitor whit browser i see that Business Process Engine element have RED led.

If i look the details, then i have the follow element whit yellow status:

Maintain Prefix Numbers

Configure RFC Destination

Schedule Background Job for Missed Deadline

Schedule Background Job for Work Items with Errors

Schedule Background Job for Event Queue

Schedule background job for clearing repor

something during configuration?

Hi,

You have to configure TCODE SWF_XI_CUSTOMIZING

Hi,

Did you do the first step? 'Configure RFC Destination'

Refresh the status. If the first step is in green status, it should be working properly. I mean,

the jobs for clearing reporst sholud be scheduled sucessfully.

yes "Configure RFC Destination" is in green status.

just " Schedule background job for clearing report" is yellow and "Business Process Engine FXP" is red.

other suggestion?

yes i do it.

i have some red entry:

Check Entries from HR Control Tables

Maintain Web Server

Maintain Standard Domain for Internet Mail

Maintain Guided Procedures Gateway

Hi,

do you have reasons why you need them. I guess they are not necessary for every scenario.

If you want to make them active you could click on them and you will see a description on the right side what you have to do.

I am facing the issue in Configure RFC Destination. Its in RED dot. when checked details it shows

" RFC user is not assigned the proper role. "

What shall I do in this case.Please help.

first thing you should try is:

1. Start transaction SWU3.

2. Use the button u201CAutomatic workflow customizingu201D
