Server data not saved (Need to type each time)

Hi All

We have a customer that have the following problem:

Each time she log onto SAP the server is not found and she need to enter server-data and sa username/password. If we enter the data she can connect, but after a restart the data need to be entered again...

If did a note search Note 1158771 but the users windwons username does not contain special chars so it does not seem to be the problem... My guess in this matter is that she does not have the correct windows permissions to save the login-info, but my problem is that I do not know where SAP store these data on the machine.. Does anyone know that?

The simple solution would be recreate this user on the Citrix server with proper authorization.

Please let us know in addition to Gordons questions, the version of SAP Business One and if this happens in a Windows Terminal Server or Citrix Environment?

No, this has not yet been tested, but the other users are not having this problem

The SAP Version is SBO2005A SP01 (I don't know PL since we are only an external consultant to the customer but around PL40 as far as I remember)

It is a Citrix enviroment (Sorry for not bringing that up earlier)..

Hi Rasmus,

Have you tried other users under her windows user account login for B1? Or let her to try some other PC or other windows accounts?
