subcontracting process

Hi Expetrs,

Subcontracting process (with out excise duty ie with in 180 days), material document posted,and challan reconciled.but user wrongly selected the material.

again user has to cancel the material document and to post the material document.user is cancelling ,system is showing already reconciled the challan.

what is the process to cancel and again post the material document.

please explain, how to reconciled challan material document to cancell and again post the material document.

Hi,

1. Delete the assignment of material document to subcontracting challan TC:J1IFQ (in the menu select delete assignments).(Prerequisite is challan shouldn't be completed)

2. Cancel the material document

3.Create a fresh material document (refer the subcontracting challan)

4.Reconcile the challan TC:J1IFQ

5.Complete the challan TC:J1IF13
