Error while doing AUC settlement in KO88

Hi,

While settling the AUC internal order,i am gettingg the below error.It is working in sand box perfectly,but giving the below error in Quality client.Configurations are same in both clients.Kindly advice me

Define a settlement cost element for receiver type FXA

Message no. KD506

Diagnosis

In allocation structure A1 (controlling area AFCO), you did not define which cost element should be used when settling costs/revenues of the sender. Nor did you define receiver type FXA.

Procedure

Assign a different allocation structure to the settlement sender (-> Master data -> Settlement rule -> Goto -> Settlement parameters), or maintain allocation structure A1.

hi,

Go to OKO6 and select your llocation structure A1 and then double click on Assignments

and then double click on settlement cost element(secondary cost element)

before that create secondary cost element with 21 as a cost elemet category

if it is useful give me points

Hi,

Go to the customizing and check which Cost elements/group are assigned for A1.

Than go to KAH1 and assign yor CoElement with type 21 to the gorup that appears in Customizing.

Actually there was no cost element group assigned only one gl account was assigned with category 21.
