We have an issue with EDI file
generation.
Issue is with XML2EDI
conversion. From XI we can able to send 4 digits ex: 0720 that is 7:20 AM. But
after EDI conversion it is suppressing the 0 and sending time as 720. If
the time is 1340 i.e 13:40 PM working good. I think there is something wrong in
mapping conversion(Cel_X2E_ANSIX12_863V4010).
EDI file looks as below.

I have installed BIC Mapping
Designer in my system. To verify is there any condition placed for GS/D_337
segment which suppress zero if length is less than 4.
But I am getting error while
loading the existing mapping file in to BICMD. Attached the mapping xml file
which I am trying to load in BIC mapper.
