Consignmnet With Warehouse management

Hi All,

I have requirement to configure Consignmnet process with Warehouse management.

In consignmnet fill up process we are picking goods Virtually from warhouse and do goods issue and then billing to end customer.

When customer requires material, then we do go Consignment issue and Pick goods from warehouse.

I am getting problem when i do Consignment issue,It is not taking stock from Customer consignment.

It is taking Normal unrestricted use Stock.

In consignement fill up process you move the stock from your SLoc to customer's special stock. In this step there's no billing.

When customer requires material, then we do go Consignment issue and Pick goods from warehouse.

Consignment issue means that you post GI from the customer's special stock. So, first comes consignment fill up, only after that comes consignment issue.

Consignment issue has nothing to do with picking and WH management since GI is posted from the special stock and not from your SLoc.

Consignemnt issue reduces your stock level from the customer's special stock segment.

You seem to mix several things, so please check SAP online hel and try to understand the basics of this process:

Thanks for your prompt response,

Actually we dont want to move stock from warehouse to customer place, nor we can afford to create new place in plant for customer consignment.

So thats why i created such scenario, Can you suggest any way , so that we can issue stock from original warehouse using same storage location and Bin.

The very purpose of consignment process is that you move your stock to your customer. If you don't move your stock to the customer your process is not customer consignment.

...we can afford to create new place in plant for customer consignment.

Physically: the customer consignment stock is not at your plant so you don't have to create any place for it. In SAP: there's standard "place" in SAP for customer consignment stock as default (customer special stock segment "W").

So thats why i created such scenario, Can you suggest any way ,

I suggest you to please understand how customer consignment works before creating an "own" solution for it or please justify your requirement for an "own" solution.
