Historical stock on WM.

Good afternoon, I was looking for a report on WM that shows the historical stock by material and bin in a selected period of time.

This kind of report should show the initial stock for a material in a specific bin, its movements and also the ending stock.

I know that in MM the transaction MB5B provide this kind of information at storage location level, but the requirement I have is at bin level on WM Module.

I was looking also for the equivalent tables on WM like MARDH and MBEWH on MM, but unfortunately I couldnu2019t find any table.

Please tell me if it exist an option for this issue or if a solution for this requirement could not be feasible.

Best Regards,

Hi,

There's no such standard report in warehosue management and I have doubts whether you could develop a report that could provide report that is in harmony with IM.

What you can do is to check stock in bins (LX02) and calculate the historical stock level using goods movement (internal WH movements; LT22).

Tables: LQUA stock; LTAK. LTAP - TO.

(If you post a goods movement in IM where the posting date is not the current date, in WM this will be not reflected.)

Thanks for your answer Csaba, I had considered the table LQUA as a base for that, but unfortunately it only has the current quants on stock; if a quant is moved out from a bin, the record related to that quant is deleted from that table, so I wouldn't be able to track in past a quant which was on a bin, but it does not exist anymore.

Besides the inconsistencies that could appear for that, I think the performance cost would be very high if the analysis would go far backward on past, combining the current state of the WH on table LQUA with the movements recorded on tables LTAK and LTAP.

For this reason I was searching for the equivalent table on WM like MBEWH and MARDH are on IM, but I could not find it.
