Is is possible to run India Payroll with successfactors without having on-premise SAP ERP - HCM?

We have a scenario where we run PA/OM, Time & Payroll for the organization. Can we do these 4 modules with SAP SuccessFactors on Cloud. There is no on-premise ERP. Specific query is : Will the payroll processing be possbile with SAP SuccessFactors on cloud?
