Product: Infoview - Crystal Reports Server 2008 (BOE 3.1 based?)

Problem: Different and incorrect grouping on scheduled reports.
Detail: We have noticed, and been able to recreate on one report in our production environment, a significant problem with grouping and group totals. This problem does NOT occur when the same exact report is "viewed on demand". It only occurs when the report is scheduled. The report is grouped by an analyst's name, and for each analyst, it totals the number of files they own. When viewed on demand or ran within the Crystal Reports Developer application, the grouping works as designed and the totals are correct. However, when scheduled, analysts are intermixed with each other in the grouping and the totals are not correct.
I've picked the report apart trying to find any inconsistencies in the code, but everything looks clean. I believe this is an bug beyond my reach and want to be sure before I formally submit the bug to BO.
