Portal User Cannot see the iView

Hello everyone,

We have assigned a ESS Role to a user, so that he can create a Car Mileage Claim through the portal. But, he is not able to look at the iview. The same ESS role has been assigned to 300 other users, who are not having any problems in viewing the iview in Portal. We are not able to figure out the reason why, only a single user among 300 users is not able to see this iview, while others are able to see and use it! Could any one help me in figuring out this issue. I would appreciate your help.
