TCS cannot import the request because queue is not empty

Hi masters.. please I need some help.

I trying to import some .SCA files into the NWDI, now at the "DEVELOPMENT" step I clicked at Import-Check and the result was "Check finished"

but when I clicked at Import it took me several hours and finished with "Import failed".

Hello,

please check that yiour CBS Service is actually running (in VA) and that idlestart is set to fals([LINK|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70ehp1/helpdata/en/53/75b3407e73c57fe10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm]).
