could u please explain me the meaning of single value, multiple value and intervals allowed in the creation of characteristics using the tcode ct04.

Single value - while entering values only 1 value allowed

Multiple value- more than one value allowed

Interval- u can give range like 0-1000 1000-5000

hi

when u enter values for charactaristics in release strategies this settings have following effect

Suppose u have selected plant as charactaristic with single value ticked in settings

then in classification tab while defining release strategy u can enter only one value for plant

and if it is multiple value then u can enter more than one plant

for interval consider value as charactaristics

here if u want to enter values in range 1000-2000.u can add only if interval is allowed in charactaristics
