Its me again Alinah and I am installing Solution manager 7.2

Database - IBM Db2 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows

Release product - SAP NetWeaver 7.X-based

OS - UNIX

STACK - ABAP / Java

and I received an error please assist?

Please check reason 1 of below SAP note:

2502646 - This site can’t be reached - error to access URL of GUI (SL Common GUI - web-based GUI)

If reason 1 isn't the root cause in your specific case, you can still see which logs to check in this context.

Hi Alinah,

do you want to install more instances for your solman system and therefore you want to use SAP Web Dispatcher? If you have only one instance, then you don't need to install web dispatcher. by the way, if you really need help from web dispatcher area, you may contact SAP in BC-CST-WDP.

Can you please provide as much details as possible so it's easier to answer your question and help you out?

Can you for example provide a part of the logging where you see that there is an error message being thrown so we can see that error message?

Did you already search for that error message on SCN and on SAP notes on Support Portal?
