You need to segregate the master data transaction codes from transactional data transaction codes.
One more challenge in designing the CO security concept is one user should not view the data of the other departments. We have restrict the roles according to various organizational elements such as cost centers and profit centers.
You can get the CO transaction codes in table TSTCT. Give K* for transaction codes and execute.
