Hi

Can you Check and post the Detailed error in

1. Default.trace file ?

2.database.xx .log file ?

this problem mostly is due to Database.

if you post the detailed errors in the above files , then we will be able to help.

#Error##Plain###failure to generate new WebDAV ResourceCache in /CProjects, will retry in 60000 ms, error was: com.sapportals.wcm.crt.component.AutoRestartException: system 'CProjects' not known to landscape service

in database log i found this

Could be problem with deployment of some files... manual redeployment of those components could resolve the issue. May be you could check the log properly for hints...

Permission inheritance in the security zone on the portal could be checked as per the below thread:

Hi

From the error you posted , it seems that CProjects is having trouble starting.

as the Database log says ERROR_ACQUIRE_CONNECTION .

Please Check on these two.

Hi,

We also got the same error in the recent times.

1.We restarted the java instance and temporarily the error was disappearing but reappearing after few days.

2.We raised a message to SAP and they suggested to follow the steps mentioned in note:Note 937697

This tool mentioned in this note is used to to check the configuration of your system .

We ran the support desk tool as specified in the above note and found some configuration errors related to webdynpro JCO Destination and iView Permission, after which these errors were corrected by basis team by taking the appropriate actions and the configuration was made ok.

After that, everything went ok and we did not get the same error message but after many days were passed, again the same error reappeared

3.basis team found that user SAPJSF was getting locked due to incorrect logons.

We unlocked the user and again the error disappeared.

But we are wondering that why everytime this user is getting locked.

Thanking You,

Tarun Brijwani.
