ECl viewer for cfolder

hi Gurus,

I want to use ECL viewer for cfolder... Can anybody guide me how to achieve this...

I am using ECL viewer for DMS from the same system but when I try to use this for cfolder its wont come...

    Dear Pramod,

    Plz refer SAP not 1097432 for installing & using ECL with cFolders.

    Hi Pramod,

    Please follow SAP note 1177883 - ECL Viewer 6: Installation and release information for the installation, and also follow all the steps mentioned in that.

    Hi Albert,

    From http://www.service.sap.com --> SAP Support Portal. You need a "SAP Service Marketplace" user. Usually, every SAP installation (server) or project has a marketplace user to report product errors, ...

    After that, go to Help&Support --> Search for SAP Notes and there put OSS note number.
