When using "Use Purchase Account" posting system, what should be the Purchase Offset Account? Guide me about the position of this account in Chart of Account.

Thanx for the link. I have already downloaded and have gone through this doc.

But this document does not discuss where to create the Purchase offset account which is my actual problem.

Please help on this.

You'll have to ask your Client's Accounting Representatives for this.

as far ur creation is concerned you can check the link that sridharan has sent you, like in g/l a/c determination,warehouse etc

well ur creation in chart of accounts, just to add with sridharan, better ask ur client, and do neccessary change
