Dear all,

In S4HANA 1511, when creating a material code, how can we display the material type code? This is also applicable to the purchasing documents type.

Normally this would have to defined on options, but it is not visible neither the shortcut ALT+F12 works.

Thanks in advance,

JF

It would be really nice to not lose this functionality of SAPGUI what many users rely on in their day-to-day work. Even on S4/HANA1610, I have not found a way to turn this functionality on. The setting of SAPGUI is not respected by Fiori. If any developers are reading this please raise this issue and add this functionality to the FioriUI - many if not all SAP consultants would agree that this would more than useful.

Hi Leonardo,

I tried that exactly as you described. But on FIORI the shortcut is not working. But i defined the material type code on the description.

Thanks for the help.

l think it is only that!

Hi

You can find menu More>GUI Actions and Settings>Settings...>Interaction Design>Dropdown List in any app.

Or open Webgui (by t-code WEBGUI) and find the above menu.
